§ 2 Scope

 

These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to § 13 BGB of a "natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed").

 

§ 3 conclusion of contract

 

The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to orders placed by consumers via the website or online shop of Clay._. Complete the factory.

The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).

By ordering a product by clicking on the "order for a fee" button at the end of the ordering process, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by email. After the conclusion of the contract, the order data can no longer be viewed online.

 

§ 4 Terms of Payment; Default

 

The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices quoted. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and are additional!

The user is responsible for selecting the respective available payment methods.

 

The following payment options are available to consumers:

Payment can be made either by:

 

• cash payment

• Credit card or

• Paypal

 

Cash payment is only valid for personal collection of the goods at the address above!

 

When paying by credit card , the purchase price is reserved on your credit card at the time of ordering the goods. Your credit card account will actually be charged at the time I send the goods to you.

 

When paying with PayPal you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal during the ordering process. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to me. After placing the order in the shop, I ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards.

 

If you fall into arrears with a payment, you are obliged to pay the statutory default interest in the amount of 5% above the base rate. You will be charged a reminder fee of EUR 2.50 for every reminder sent to you after the default has occurred, unless a lower or higher damage is proven in individual cases.

 

§ 5 delivery, delivery restrictions

 

1. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered from my location to the address you have given.

 

2. The delivery takes place after order confirmation or after payment confirmation within 3 - 5 working days.

 

3. If personal collection of the goods has been agreed at the above-mentioned location, the goods (if they are immediately available) are ready for collection in 3 working days (except for custom-made products) and are paid in cash on the same day. Prepayments and other online payment methods are not accepted. The goods are only handed over with the existing order form and valid ID.

 

§ 6 Transfer of Risk

 

The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods lies with the user until the goods are handed over and is transferred to the consumer when the goods are handed over to the shipping company.

 

§ 7 retention of title

 

The user retains ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been received in full.
