SELF PICKUP
If you live in Graz or the Graz area and would like to pick up the paid goods yourself (choose "Pick up at location" before paying), this is only possible from Monday to Friday from 7 pm and on weekends by prior arrangement.
REFUND POLICY
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer immediately and contact me as soon as possible.
You then have 2 weeks to send the goods back.
When returning goods in their original packaging, please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please send the goods back to me in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
Taking back custom-made products is not permitted!
Please note that taking back custom-made items and worn jewelry (hygiene measures) is not permitted!
