1. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered from my location to the address you have given.
2. The dispatch takes place after order confirmation or after payment confirmation within 2 - 3 working days. The delivery time depends on the country in question. Due to Covid-19 there may currently be delivery delays!
3. If personal collection of the goods has been agreed at the above-mentioned location, the goods (if they are immediately available) are ready for collection in 1-2 working days. (Excepted from this period are custom-made products! The goods will only be handed over with the order form and valid ID provided.
4. The shipping price depends on the respective postal company and the user. The price can change accordingly at any time!
SELF PICKUP
If you live in Graz or the Graz area and would like to pick up the paid goods yourself (choose "Pick up at location" before paying), this is only possible from Monday to Friday from 7 pm and on weekends by prior arrangement.
REFUND POLICY
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors immediately and contact me as soon as possible. You then have 2 weeks to return the goods. The costs for this will be borne by me, Clay ._. Factory. Corresponds to the goods purchased but not in line with your expectations, please avoid damage and contamination when returning goods in their original packaging. If possible, please send the goods back to me in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging. Please remember to only try the jewelry on if you really want to keep it! (Hygiene measures) Unfortunately, it is not possible to take back custom-made products.
Even if I try to avoid this as much as possible, I would like to point out that there may be color deviations (artificial / natural light, color temperature of your screen, etc.) in all images on the page.
